The central idea that always follow me is: “I will be an accountant”. I wrote this phrase on third year of  elementary school in a theme and from that time I have always walked on the same way and I have understood that this was the right way for me.

Corses, interests, lectures have always concerned the administrative sector and technology one, that is my another big passion.  This factors with the desire to grow up in an innovative work enviroment have meant that I can meet Posytron in 2008.

From the day of job interview I understood that at Posytron there was something different than the previous company I was met.

A company organised in every field, dinamic and always ready to satisfy customers with the maximum efficiency.

The thing that was immediately clear was that here, the individual capabilities of everyone are valued and that every day everyone write a part of Posytron story.

It was 2009 when started my Posytron experience, after eight years spent between the north and the center of Italy. Professional reality at the forefront from which plenty of my technical skills. The years in Milan at ObjectWay was scored achieving goals that I could never imeged. External consultant for important group like H3G, prestigious clients like Teatro alla Scala, and teacher on Technologies BEA Systems. The job that I started in Milan I desired to continue everywhere; I decided to return on play changing city and welcoming new work and personal challenges in tha Capital. I lived two years in Rome during I worked before at Rai and than at Ericsson, caring a project by Telecom Saudi Arabia. I’ve changed my life in 2006, I came back in my city Reggio Calabria, full of experiences and determination with one goal: walk always the way of success. The energy to start is inside of us and it born from desire of share own experiences with new colleagues and from desire to give always the best. At the beginning it’s a need to survivor than it changes in the desire to prove to themselves and other people that can be main character of own future. Posytron is a company with a strong growth, awerned more time for its innovative capability and to be able to value the human capital.

The Speciaist degree in Computer Engineering that I have earned on twenty three years old with the passion for ICT and the dedication to work changed the stage at Posytron in my future. It’s through the stage that I came at Posytron.  Like other people I sent my curriculum, had a job interview and then I started my probationary period and after the first three months of stage. After other three months of stage I was employed. From student to developer the step was short. The dedication to information was always in my mind. The dream to work in a company was became real in 2011 and have transformed my passion in a real job I think is the best personal success that I ever thought. The difference between who think and who do is one of the reason why I have choosen to study engieering and work in Posytron admiring the daily growth in a field where innovation is the essential ingredient in order to succeed of each new project. In my third year at Posytron I ‘m always more covinced of my choice about a company that awarned youngers, their ambitions and passions.
